When I found out that Wal-Mart was one of them, I stopped shopping there. Way to go! Keep going after the bad guys, Mr. Moore! Was this review helpful? Moore, Nobelist in EconomicsPosted: 10/16/2009A review of Capitalism: A Love Story by Caseys2003 Mr. Moore does not disappoint. His acumen for being able to diagram complex social issues and make cogent arguments is prime in this installment. I especially enjoyed his follow-up with several of the participants in the documentory showing the positive outcomes they had.
I am inspired to become more socially active. For me this will start with me learning more about Mr. Moore's efforts and identify and learn about what my elected officials for my community and state are doing.

You never win the popular vote when you don't tell people what they want to hear. But, you know what, every American needs to see this movie. The evidence of Capitalism and it's effects on society are evident everyday. To me capitalism = Greed, which destroys compassion for our fellow citizens. Capitalism would be fine if we would still take into consideration how our decisions effect other people, but we don't. Whatever is good for me or makes the company more $$$$, that's what is done. This leads to selfish behavior and you see the result everyday. Capitalism has eroded human decency.

A demonstration of how business will use our predice against each other, in any form, to rob us and we will still blame the wrong issue or persons, and not face the truth. Further, how we will not fight for our rights or put people in jail. It shows if you have a college degree, you can rob banks, who willingly give up our money and feel they are not a part of the robbery and should not be blamed for violating our trust as bankers.
The Sad issue is this happend in the 1930's late 40's,60's,Saving and loan 70's, and now the eighties to present. Around the world the American people areknown as the "marks" wheater it is in banking, oil, and importing of our own manufactored products.
People should have viewing parties with their friends to review this movie if only for the historical facts presented Was this review helpful? Moore once again told America what they refuse to see for themselves. The rich will always get richer and they have no intention of helping working class Americans in any way. In fact they feed on those who hold them in such high esteem -- the working class. By the way, this is not a problem of party (democrate or republican) this is a problem of greed and looking out for self and both parties are guilty of stealing from the less fortunate. yes people should have had better judgment with banks and loans but does that make it right for greed and coruption by the banks
